- Tender works in accordance with Tender Plan;
- Seek Client Approval of Tenders;
- Intense trade supervision & co-ordination;
- Liaise regularly with client and building users;
- Regular monitoring & reporting of progress & expenditure;
- Daily review of quality & OH&S on site.
