- Defect inspections and corrective action tasks are carried out during construction;
- Defects ITP checklists are prepared and issued for each separable part of the project;
- Initial Defect inspections are carried out by our project staff before client inspections commence to maximize "zero-defects" objective;
- Defect Management Strategy is an ongoing process which commences at the start of work to expose potential problems early enough to allow timely preventative action or correction.
